Literary tradition thriving in St. Brendan’s

This year, a new tradition was founded in St. Brendan’s. For the first time in the history of the school, the annual literature magazine was designed, compiled and managed by the Editorial Committee, a group of six students who volunteered for the job. Under the name The English Mag 2010, the magazine was also the first to be professionally printed, and this was sponsored generously by both The Killarney Lions Club, and the family of the late Mr. P.J. Luddy, who is dearly missed. We hope that this tradition, and his legacy, will live on for years within the school.  The group was overseen by Mr. Rory O’Connor who said “the students did excellent work and produced an outstanding magazine for us all to be proud of.”
